Please remember that all candidate materials must be treated with the utmost confidentiality. All members of any search committee have an obligation to protect the privacy of candidates and preserve the integrity of the search process.
Accessing Your Client Suite
To access your Client Suite, click on the “Access My Suite” button on the right, type in your username and password provided to you by your search associate or the search committee chair, and click the “Sign In” button. Please do not use copy/paste to enter your username and password.
For security reasons, your session will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Please sign out of your client suite if you plan to be away from your computer for an extended length of time.
Use the orange arrows to navigate through the documents.
IMPORTANT: Please do not use the back button on your browser or refresh your browsing session while you are signed in to your Suite – you will be signed out if you do so.
Reviewing/Printing Search Documents
If you wish to review the documents associated with your search, click on the orange dot or the document name to open the document. You may scroll through all documents by using the up or down arrows. The back arrow will return you to your home page.
If you wish to print a document, click the printer icon in the upper right corner of the document window.
If you do not see the printer icon, hover over the black bar at the top of the window and the icon will appear.
Reviewing/Printing Candidate Documents
You may view and print all candidate documents from your home page by clicking the “Download/Print Candidate Documents” link. When you click this link, a window called “Export Field to File” will appear. Click the “OK” button. You will then see a window called “Download Files”. Click the “Candidate Portfolio” button to initiate the download process.
To view the list of candidates, their statuses, and review each candidate’s documents, click the “View Applicant Information” link on the Welcome page. You may view each candidate’s documents individually by clicking on the document name or you may scroll through all candidate documents by using the up or down arrows. The back arrow will return you to the applicant list.
If you wish to print a document, click the printer icon in the upper right corner of the document window. If you do not see the printer icon, hover over the black bar at the top of the window and the icon will appear.
When you are finished reviewing the applicants, please be sure to sign out.
